SMDC Turns Over Units of Light Residences in Mandaluyong to Condo Owners

(1 October 2013. Pasay City, Philippines)  SM Development Corp.(SMDC), the residential development arm of the SM Group has started the turnover of units at Tower 1 of Light Residences, a three-tower residential condominium development in Mandaluyong City. Tower 1 has a total of 1,307 units.
Light Residences is situated on a 1.9 hectare prime lot at the corner of EDSA and Madison St. in Mandaluyong City. Its three towers offer options for studio units, one-bedroom units and two-bedroom units to its customers. The three-tower project consists of a total of 4,227 units. “Light Residences offers the convenience of in-city living with its proximity to business districts, commercial centers, educational institutions, churches and hospitals as well as access to the MRT station. Light Residences will soon feature a two-level mall which will house an array of shopping and commercial establishments as well as its own Savemore Market and cinemas.
