  • Customer Relations Services Supervisor (Mall of Asia, Santa Rosa Expansion, Consolacion)
    • The position is responsible for assisting the CRS Manager in the over-all supervision of personnel assigned to his section. Leads CRS Representative in conducting searches/inspection within the designated area before and after the store hours and in any given time if warranted. Attends to customers’ problem/complaints related to security matters. Assist in ensuring compliance to establishes security procedures and makes recommendations as to its review and/or continued implementation.
  • Purchasing Supervisor (Head Office - Pasay)
    • The position handles the communication with the suppliers of office and operations supplies, fixed assets, computers and software, marketing collaterals and marketing services for the malls.     • The ITS Officer shall address, directly or thru another party, requirements of mall-based and center-owned operations on matters involving installation, checking, maintenance and troubleshooting of all hardware and software related to information systems and services.     • The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and creation of comprehensive social media strategy to define programs that use social media marketing techniques to increase brand visibility/reach, engagement, and fan base. He/She must explore and identify ways to integrate digital media and advertising into business strategies and marketing campaigns.     • Industrial Engineers (Systems Analyst) design and test workflow systems for Accounting and Treasury departments.
